COLLEGE PREPARATION AND READINESS
We seek to help high school prepare for college and be ready to respond to the challenges of college in a holistic way.
-
We provide opportunities to help high school students develop and grow social and communication skills along with academic habits needed to be successful in the future.
-
Throughout the year, High School students are welcome to complete as many volunteer service hours as interested. Volunteer service teaches high school students to be mentors to younger students and the importance of helping others in the community.
-
In the summer, high school students are offered opportunities for paid internships at UCA. In addition to support and guidance with college applications and study groups for SAT exam preparation, high school interns learn and develop important habits needed in college.
